The article in question is titled "Development of a trustworthy AI-supported digital twin framework for road operation and maintenance". The article looks into how road infrastructure Digital Twins can adapt during the operation and maintenance (O&M) phase, specifically, the authors propose a multitier Digital Twin framework that they piloted on 3 major roads in the UK.
